NOTE: There are two types of diffusers
(External Auto) is for all flash modes; External Auto, S-TTL Auto,TTL Auto, Manual +TTL and Manual.
(TTL/Manual) is for S-TTL Auto, TTL Auto, Manual + TTL and Manual mode.(*)Z-220 target laser switch is operable only with Diffuser (TTL/Manual).
Strobe diffusers are used to soften shadows, widen the beam angle, to reduce the strobe power and for colour correction.
Using a diffuser over your INON strobe will soften the light and some photographers find this lighting effect more pleasing. All INON diffusers widen the beam of your INON D-2000, S-2000 or Z- 240 from 100 degrees to 110. INON diffusers can also be used to reduce the power of your strobe for macro photography or when using two strobes in TTL and wanting a slight power differential to introduce shadows on one side of the picture.
INON diffusers attach securely to your INON D-2000, S-2000 or Z-240 underwater strobe using a simple screw. INON diffusers include a pair of filters for optional use with the modelling light built into the INON D-2000 and INON Z- 240 strobes. The red filter is useful when using your modelling light to illuminate shy animals that dislike bright, white light. The blue filter is useful with some digital compact cameras for ensuring accurate TTL exposure.
