As a photographic equipment manufacturer INON demand light colour temperatures close to that found in nature. The LE 250 delivers just that with a Cree 5w high power LED providing 250 lumens of bright white light at 6,000K.

The LE 250 comes with a hollow diffusing filter made from two laminated high light transmitting optical grade acrylic Fly-eye lenses. The Fly-eye lens filter has extraordinary coverage with less light attenuation compared to a translucent diffusing filter. A red filter is also supplied for use when observing marine life.

With the supplied W40 Filter the LE 250 works as a close range modelling light producing a rimless natural wide beam. The LE 250 has a continuous operating time of approx 200 minutes when run with 2,700mAh NiMH batteries, and an LED life cycle of approx 10,000 hrs.
