INON AD & 28AD Mount Bases
INON Mount Bases are designed to adapt your digital compact underwater camera housing to accept INON lenses. The mount bases are also designed to work with INON Grip Bases for mounting flash or strobe units. INON provide dedicated mounts for the most popular camera and underwater housings manufacturers.
AD & 28AD Mount Bases simply slip over your camera housing port and then secure into your tripod socket. This ensures that your INON lenses are optically aligned for optimum image quality and that the mount will not accidently work loose.
Lenses are installed or removed by a simple quarter turn. All INON AD & 28AD lenses are wet mountable, meaning they can be changed under water; you will hear your lens lock into position with an audible click.
If you upgrade your camera and housing in the future it's worth checking that your INON lenses can transfer across to your new system. Usually you'll only need to replace a low cost AD or AD28 mount base to use your INON lenses.
