The INON Z - Adapter is the connector between your INON S-2000, D-2000 or Z- 240 strobe and the clamp to your arm. The INON Z - Adapter has three alignment studs to prevent the strobe head from moving. The design allows the strobe to be fitted facing forward, left or right relative to the Z - Adapter.  The O ring provides friction to ensure smooth and easy movement of your strobe head, while ensuring the strobe remains firmly in position once you have chosen your lighting angle. The INON Z - adapter is compatible with other popular strobe arm systems.


INON Strobe Arm System

INON’s strobe arm system was developed to provide precise control of your INON strobe. This control is essential to properly light your underwater images. The INON strobe arm system is extremely versatile and can be adapted to both your present and future needs. The INON strobe arm system includes clamps, a choice of arm lengths, housing and strobe mounting adapters, floats and lens holders.

The heart of the INON strobe arm system is the clamp, which allows a gliding motion making it easy to position and reposition your strobe arm without having to slacken off or tighten your INON clamp each time you change lighting angle.

Each INON arm has a ball end which features an O ring that dovetails with the INON clamp to provide friction. This feature is what makes an INON arm easy to move around underwater, while still being able to support your underwater strobe securely, even in strong current. INON arms are ultra lightweight due to the lattice design that minimises Weight. It also allows water to flow through with minimal resistance, reducing drag.
